We ship available goods usually within 48 hours after receiving your payment.

The total time of delivery depends on the shipping method you choose:

• courier InPost you might wait for your box up to 3 work days;
• Parcel Locker InPost – usually your delivery reaches the parcel on the following work day;
• international delivery within Europe – on average it takes up to 5 work days;
• international delivery outside of Europe by Post - on average 7-9 days priority parcel and 18-21 days standard one.

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We ship in sequence of incoming orders. However the total processing time might get extended for reasons beyond our control. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please do not hesitate to let us know!

InPost became a precursor for other companies of pro-ecological campaigns. The company supports local and internal ecological events and tries to improve its services to be more environmentally friendly. For example the company decided to use envelopes made from wastepaper in order to have its input into trees protection.

The shipping cost depends on the chosen method of delivery and the total amount of your purchase. For delivery within Poland you can choose one of the 2 options:

1) Courier InPost:

• order below 500 PLN - delivery 14,90 PLN

2) Parcel Locker InPost

• order above 500 PLN- FREE DELIVERY
• order below 500 PLN - delivery 11,90 PLN

We ship using courier services to the following countries of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. The shipping cost is the same regardless of the country:

• Courier DHL – delivery 29,90 PLN (for the parcel up to 5 kg)
• Courier DHL - delivery 69,00 PLN (for the parcel above 5 kg)

We have been considering different ways of packing of your orders so that they are properly secured and have the lowest possible environmental impact. Beautiful packages are ... beautiful but it is the inside that really matters.

We believe that every little step counts. That is why we have chosen a circular approach and we pack the products in recycled cardboard boxes, taping them with paper tape. That way, we extend the shelf life of this raw material, your orders are properly secured, and the entire packaging can be safely thrown into a paper container.

Unfortunately it is not possible. Additionally, if you want to benefit from free delivery, you need to make a purchase of over 500 PLN at once.

Wrong size? Rush decision? You have 14 days to return the product without giving any reason.

Remember that any item you return must be in its original condition. You can try it on as in the store but do not remove any labels or tags. Shoes you can try on a soft surface, for example on a carpet.

If you place a return using our online store, then in the field "Please provide an explanation for your RMA", which is required you can write simply "X".

A return form must be attached to the returned products!

- Log into your account on www.fairma.pl and click on Order history and details – you will see the list of orders you have placed.

- Choose the order number, then select items to return and click on “Make an RMA slip”

- You can optionally add an explanation of return, then confirm RMA.

When we approve your return, you will be able to print out the PDF return slip and include it with your package.

Please secure the original box of the item to avoid damaging it.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery of the return to our store.

We process a refund with the same payment method as used during placing an order within maximum 14 days after receiving items back to our warehouse.

Each product purchased in our store is 100% original, what is confirmed with the trademarks. Products have 2 years guarantee. This includes also items on sale.

If the purchased item you find defective or incomplete, you can make a complaint. Use info@fairma.pl to send us your order number, scan/photo of printed and filled complaint form and photos of the defect. If your complaint is valid we will pick up the parcel with the item and take care of the rest.

Following cannot be a subject of a complaint procedure:

- products with defects that were visible on the day of purchase,

- products with mechanical damage (bruises, abrasions, damage resulting from poor fit of the footwear to the foot resulting from improper maintenance),

- footwear comfort, pneumatic systems and decorative elements, including buttons, buckles, zippers, rubbers, heels, outer elements,

- natural wear of shoes,

- folds and wrinkles on microfiber/pinatex/other materials formed during its usage, due to its properties and technical features,

- defects resulting from improper packing of the footwear when returning it to the producer,

- consumables, such as flasks, which require periodic replacement,

- broken or damaged decorations, zippers,

- salt stains and salt deposits caused by environmental pollution,

- shallow gaps on the edges of the footwear connection with the sole,

- dyeing (this happens rarely but sometimes it does and is not a manufacturing fault but depends on user's sweat pH).

It should help you choose the right size (note that sizing information refers to standard and not special ones).

SIZES OF FEET AND SHOES

Most shoes available on our website have a sizing table, which contains information about the length of the soles. If you know how long your feet are, it is easier to choose the right size. However, if you do not know, you can measure them in two ways:

• Measure (in centimeters) the insole of the shoe, which fits your foot well (if it is possible, similar to the one you intend to buy);
• Draw a straight line on a piece of paper and mark the points where the longest toe and your heel are (it is important to draw lines exactly under most salient points of your foot - look at the picture below). Then, measure the distance between those points.

Repeat above steps for the other foot. If the length differs, choose the longer one. Add 0.5-1cm to the results (your feet need space to feel comfortable). Remember that it is better to measure your feet during the day because the result will be more precise (the feet are rested and "smaller").

It is important to measure your waist size properly, while choosing a belt.

For example - if you have 95 cm in your waist, choose a 95 belt size. It will enable you to fasten your belt while leaving a spare 20 cm.

Each size (90, 95, 100, 105) reflects the belt length, measured from a buckle to the center hole. The belt's full length without a buckle, equals a belt size number plus additional 20cm.
