The Open Cages Association (Stowarzyszenie Otwarte Klatki) is a nationwide organization established in 2012 associating people who want to change the fate of farm animals. Since 2018, it has been part of Anima International - it operates in Poland, Great Britain, Denmark, France, Ukraine and Norway.
Members of the Association believe that changing the situation of animals is possible. They strive for better protection of animals locked up on farms, as well as for the right of consumers to be fully informed about their living conditions.
Otwarte Klatki supports international initiatives and is part of global coalitions for animal rights, e.g. Open Wing Alliance and Fur Free Retailer.
